Extended Description: Paris - In a freak accident, a gasoline tanker truck flips over while rounding the Arc De Triomph, spilling thousands of gallons of petrol, which ignites into a huge fireball. Contain the fire before the Arc De Triomph is destroyed and bring the population back up to 169,000 in 5 years without adding any arcologies.
