The date is January 1st year 2000, and the Y2K bug is crashing all of the city's computers that are running WinDoze 2000! The city's commerce and industry are at a standstill, and the people cannot access their computers. Micro$oft's "technical support" is of NO help at all! Needless to say, the people are quite angry. You pay good money for a product that SHOULD be Y2K compatable, and it's NOT! Clean up the rubble and restore the city's population to 154,000 within five years to win this scenario. Good luck!
